At the time of booking, guests must first be made aware of the general conditions and rules regarding the stay, namely, regarding the operation, schedules and services provided.

Bookings

Reservations will be made via our booking engine on this website (or on different platforms as Booking.com, Expedia and affiliates or Airbnb). However, they can also be made through our telephone or email contact. These are only considered confirmed after online payment of the total price of the stay, otherwise the reservations will be canceled.

The minimum stay will be three nights at all times of the year, although this modality may change.

Cancellation Policy


After booking online on this website, there is a 24-hour period in which the customer can cancel the reservation, being refunded the full amount of the payment made. After that period, there will be no refund.

Payment methods

The amounts related to payment and / or cancellation will be mentioned at the time of booking, and may vary according to the promotional rate chosen by the guest. The customer will be able to pay for our services by Visa, Mastercard, American Express.

Check-in: 15: 00h

Check-out: 11: 00h

The accommodations do not have a reception service. It will always be necessary to inform the arrival time, so that the manager can be present on the chosen accommodation to hand over keys and fill in the necessary legal forms.

Upon arrival, guests must bring their identification documents, namely a citizen's card or passport.

Changes to the previously mentioned times may be allowed, at the request of the guests, as long as these changes have no effect on other reservations and / or on the cleaning work in the accommodation unit.

It is the customer's full responsibility to inform the number of people who will occupy the accommodation unit. In the event that more people are present than those stipulated in the reservation, your entry may be refused without refund. Published prices may change without notice.

Only the persons indicated in the accommodation reservation will be entitled to use the accommodation. It is only allowed to temporarily visit our guests with the manager's prior consent.

Services

Form and cost: for stays of more than 7 (seven) nights, a weekly cleaning service will be provided, which is free of charge. The request for cleaning and / or extra seedlings will be charged with an extra fee of 30€.

Cleaning:  The cleaning service will be carried out between 10:00 am and 6:00 pm.

Rights and duties of the guest (s)

Rights

  • Access to the manager so that he can turn in case of help or guidance.
  • Confidentiality regarding personal data.
  • Storage and cleaning of the accommodation whenever requested, upon payment due.
  • Free wifi.

Duties

  • Respect the established rules collaborating in the fulfillment of these terms.
  • Report anomalies or deficiencies to the manager observed in the operation of the accommodation, so that it can be addressed immediately.
  • Use the facilities properly and carefully, taking responsibility whenever it causes any damage to the accommodation.
  • Do not take the property belonging of the housing unit.

Security rules

Guest (s) are prohibited from:

The use of lighted candles or other devices that could endanger the safety of people and installations.

Smoking and / or burning inside the premises.

Be the bearer of any weapon or sharp instrument that could endanger your life and that of others.

Noise production between 8 pm and 8 am.


Property damage and loss

You are obliged to compensate the manager for any damages caused to the accommodation unit and/or the respective support facilities, as well as the damages arising from the breach of the duties provided for in these conditions, including lawyers' fees and court costs.

Accommodation Responsibility

The accommodation will be responsible for ensuring the proper conditions of hygiene, cleanliness of the accommodation.

The manager will not be responsible to the Client in the event of a delay in making the accommodation available if there is a reason of force majeure. Force majeure will be considered to be those which make it impossible or more difficult to provide accommodation, such as strikes, blockades, natural disasters, or accidents in the accommodation itself.

The manager is not responsible for the loss of personal property of the guest (s).

Penal clause

The guest (s) undertakes to pay the amount of € 100.00, in addition to the amount due as a nightly rate, for each day of delay in fulfilling the key delivery obligation.
